According to Premium Autoworld manging director Simon Tan, the opening of the new 2S GDSI (service and parts centre) aims to strengthen Hyundai’s Modern Premium brand proposition by not only improving the look of its outlets but also its service quality that will offer customers experience beyond expectations.
Inspired by nature and features floor-to-ceiling glass walls with vertical greens in the interior, it is also visually appealing with the application of a subtle bronze look on the exterior and a modern architectural design.
Lau Yit Mun, managing director of Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM), the custodian of the Hyundai brand in Malaysia, said that sales of Hyundai premium models such as the Sonata and Santa Fe have picked up in the last few years and customers would expect premium service quality when visiting a Hyundai service centre.
“The GDSI reflects Hyundai’s ‘modern premium’ brand concept which is not only reflected in its products but the services it offers as well,” he said.
Premium Autoworld is offering a 50 per cent discount on labour charges for first time customers of the Hyundai Basic service package. Customers need to download and log in to the Hyundai Care App via their smart phones to enjoy the discount which is limited to one time use only.
It is also offering free labour on lube change (engine oil and engine filter) and 15 per cent discount on parts for older Hyundai models which are no longer covered by warranty, i.e. Matrix, Getz, Avante, XD Elantra, Atos and NF Sonata.
Free 22 checkpoints inspection on weekdays are also offered. The offerings are valid until May 31 at its 2S GDSI service and parts centre.
